Every once in awhile there comes a beauty trend that isn’t a complete bogus. The cat eyebrow lift or the famous fox eye lift happened to be one of these. It all started when Kendall Jenner was papped with snatched eyebrows that matched her equally snatched cheekbones. What had she gotten done now? While everyone had a field day guessing between brow threads or stitch lifts or plastic surgery, Kendall maintained that this was all her, good genes and mother nature.

We at Biolite love all things classic and accept that nothing really can replace the golden ratios and angles of beauty. But we equally love to keep up with the Kardashian-Jenners and the new beauty trends they come up with.
At least the good ones, so we know they’ll last.

Let’s see our options for brow lifts now. Brow Thread Lifts using PDO threads aren’t very favorable considering many factors. The prolonging pain, intense downtime and possible complications such as asymmetry and infection make it a strict no-no for us.

What we found works is a golden combination of Ultherapy and Botox. The session starts with Ultherapy, a US FDA approved technology for non-surgical face-lifts. This bit takes about 25 minutes. Following this, Botox injections are placed strategically to give you a naturally fierce brow. The entire session takes 45 minutes from start to finish.

Following the procedure, you’ll have to follow all standard precautions that come with Botox. No leaning forward or lying down for 4 hours, not touching your face or applying makeup for 24 hours and no gym, laser, sauna or facials for 5 days. And most importantly, no rubbing eyes!

The Botox kicks in within 7-10 days. Ultherapy produces results over 3 months. The combination gives you a result that lasts for 12-18 months. Now let’s break down some of the most common questions we get asked about the Cat Eye Brow Lift.

Does this hurt?

Yes, it does. Pain levels depend on your threshold, like everything else. We always recommend that you take Ibuprofen 400 mg – 30 minutes before the session to ensure that you’re comfortable during the treatment.

Can I see a difference immediately?

This is quite subjective. Immediate results are dependent on factors such as age, gender, body fat and the intensity of skin damage. A lot of our clients can see a difference right after the session but it’s definitely not guaranteed.

Can I have this session even if I’ve recently done Botox?

Yes, you can. If you’ve had Botox injected recently, ensure a gap of at least 10 days before booking your Ultherapy session with us.

Will this change my face are making me look scary/harsh/villain-like?

No. This therapy is meant to accentuate your features. That being said, not everyone is a good candidate for a cat eyebrow lift. During the consultation, you’ll be counseled on whether the brow lift will be in harmony with the rest of your features or not.

If you’re curious about the therapy or would like to see what results you can achieve and whether it would be a good look for you, reach out to us for a consultation on the Cat Eye Brow Lift.

UAE is a country of travelers, with many travelling to and from it. Over the period of time, constant travel can cause a build-up of fatigue and affect our immunity, lymphatic system and cause dehydration. In order to combat all three, Biolite Aesthetic Clinic has devised a 60-minute treatment which addresses all these concerns.

What treatments are included in the Bioflight?

• Dermasweep – involves cleansing, exfoliating and hydrating the skin, leaving it supple, hydrated and soft using vitamin-infused serums, rebalancing the skin and cancelling stress and fatigue caused by cabin pressure
• Pressotherapy – the safest and quickest way to eliminate toxins from your body and improves blood circulation, lymphatic drainage alleviating the body fatigue and instantly improves oxygen flow throughout the body, making your legs feel as light as a feather – better than any massage!
• Revival IV – this contains a mixture of vitamin C, vitamin B complex amino acids and minerals providing you with a major boost of energy, fighting off any on-flight germ attack by boosting your immune system pre-flight and energizing you post-flight
• LED mask – other than eliminating bacteria directly from the skin, the LED light is powerful in recalibrating your body clock to experience daylight and darkness contrary to the rhythms to which it has grown accustomed
• Collagen mask – instantly hydrate, nourish and boost your skin’s collagen content with our take away collagen mask best applied on a flight, so you look and feel like a runway superstar

Who should do it?

The Bioflight is not only for people who travel a lot; it is also for sports and fitness individuals who suffer from muscle fatigue and loss of electrolytes and for people experiencing exhaustion and general burn out.

How often should I do it?

Bio-flight is a two-phase 60-minute treatment which can be taken pre and post-flight to combat the effects of flying on the body.
